Santa takes to streets

FATHER Christmas and his sleigh are taking to the streets of Ulverston to visit children as part of a festive tradition.

Ulverston Rotary Club has organised the annual tour of the town’s estates for the past 20 years.

All money raised will be given to local charities.

Father Christmas will visit the following places tonight:Urswick Road area, including Birkett Drive and West Hills Drive, and the Trinkeld estate in Swarthmoor and Croftlands north and Larch Grove, plus Larch Grove and Church Walk and Soutergate tomorrow.
